How to Download Someone's Whatsapp Story/Status and save it to Your Gallery
What is whatsapp status?
Whatsapp like other social media platforms allows its users to post photos or videos that will appear for their contacts for 24hours and after that it will be deleted automatically.
In whatsapp you can't download these stories because of copyright problems. But there are some ways to save these videos or photos to your gallery .
How to download whatsapp status?
1- For pictures you can take screen shot and crop them
2- There are some good apps available on Google play store to download videos in these stories you can download and use them too.
3- There is another way without downloading apps or taking screen shots, just go to your file manager goto whatsapp folder and in options select show hidden files.
There will be a folder named .statuses open it and you will find all the statuses of your contacts in last 24 hours. Copy them and paste anywhere you want.
Remember to copy them within the 24 hours after they are posted otherwise they will get deleted from your file manager too.
